Is there a way to actually overclock stably. I'm new (obviously) and i was wondering, what are some good programs to use after you overclock. And another thing, whats some advice to oc'n and/or a good website that explains it very well?

Almost everyone here will recommend that you overclock through the bios rather than through windows-based programs. I'm sure someone will link you to Zebo's overclocking guide soon enough, or you can just search for it (it was stickied before...).

But i cant be stuffed linking u to Zebo's guide plus if u really are a newbie than some of the terminology will b a little beyond you! Goto www.xbitlabs.com and search articles for you mobo and there should be some info on OCing with it... Good luck!

Sorry about that, I misread your original post. Zebo's guide is a thread in this forum, you can find it here. The programs mentioned above can help you stress test (some people also use S&M and like it... be careful when you search for it though ;)).
