how far can you safely overclock a 2.8 lga775 with stock cooling
and what is the best cooler for it and how far can you go with it

First of all, it depends on the rest of your system. No OC is a guarantee.
Second, the Prescott runs VERY hot. I used a Zalman 7000 with mine and worked fine. I would suggest the xp-90 due to its 24.95 price tag. Great price and very good performance. Youll need it😉
