ok...why is that i can only overclock 10%? my comp won't boot if i go more than a 10% overclock...how come? I would think i would be able to go atleast 20%

It'd get more responses in the CPU/Processors/Overclocking forums.
You could just increase the voltage, then periodically increase the FSB.
