That depends on what kind of case airflow and heatsinks you're using. The some of the mobile 2400's require some awesome cooling to be able to hit an 18x multi, because of the voltage that's required to be stable at 2.4ghz. Oh, and 24x multi is going to give you 3.2ghz, so even if you have a dual Prometia setup, that's not going to work.
edit: Oh, since you have an NF7-S, you should put it at a 15x multi until you get one of these and a good 92mm fan for it: Thermalright SLK-947u.
yeah just keep the memory at it's default speed and up the mult till you find the limit of the cpu
then you should be able to get your fsb to atleast 166 with a voltage bump
