I could run any non-3D stress stably at cas 2-5-2-2-1T up to 210MHz at 2.7V, anything higher required me to relax timings ot 2-6-2-2. Didn't test the theoretical max though, as my 9700pro/A7N8XD refused to do any 3D over 195MHz, so I didn't see a point. Running at 190MHz 2-5-2-2-1T now at 2.6V. Just an FYI, going over 2.7V voids your warranty with Corsair.

I would post in the HoH forums and address it specifically to Ram Guy. That's the official Corsair tech support forum and is moderated by a Corsair Rep who answers questions specifically (as well as direct RMAs and such). Before voiding your warranty I would apprise him of your situation and what his advice would be. Its worth poking around in there a bit as well if you are a new Corsair XMS owner. There's 5 or 6 diff. Corsair forums there, a bit light on substance/traffic, but still worth a read thru for a general overview of issues.

Do not go higher than 2.8v, your warranty will be voided. This is straight from Corsair's tech support at the HoH forums. I run my XMS PC3200 at 2.8v without any problems. Just make sure your case is well ventilated and circulates air properly.
