Overclocking Woodcrest? (5140s)

I'm looking to build some dual processor Woodcrest systems and would like to overlock a 5140 from 2.33GHz to as high as I can safely run at 100% utilization. Does anyone have any experiencing overclocking these chips? If so, can you suggest some motherboards and settings?
