Overclocking with the SN85G4

Just put together my new SFF, here are the specs:

Shuttle SN85G4
Athlon 64 3000+ Newcastle
Geil 1GB PC3200
Hitachi 7K250 200GB PATA
NEC 3540A DVD Buner
ATI AIW 9800Pro

Never overclocked a SFF before, so looking for any advice. How high can I go with the CPU voltage? Memory voltage? Is the multiplier unlocked? If not, how high can I go with the FSB?

The unit runs rather warm so any advice would be good. Even if you tell me it'll be unsafe to overclock since it'll run too hot I can accept that as well. But I definitely wouldn't mind squeezing some more juice out of the newcastle.

Thanks for you time!
