Overclocking with Speed Runner

Ok, my Video Card Leadtek Geforce2 MX-400 came with the speed runner overclocker utility. It shows the graphics clock at 200 (default) and Memory at 365. I thought these should have both been like 175? Am I mistaken? Also, is it ok to bump these up a little?
