Hey guys,
I bought an Athlon XP-M 2200+ (35w) Barton processor and stuck it in my Biostar M7NCD Pro board. So far the highest i've been able to get it to boot at is 190x12 and it gave me the BSOD sometimes when going into windows. So I stepped down to 12x180. it boots into windows fine and seems to run everything fine but it crashes out in prime within a minute. I then tried 12x166 and now it takes 4 minutes to crash in prime but everything else runs fine. Does anybody have any experience with this board? Can someone give me hints as to how I can make this board reach 200fsb (or pretty close) and high multiplier while keeping the system stable?? Any suggestions would be really helpful (besides replacing the board. I'd like to avoid that as much as possible). Thanks for the time.

P.S. My cpu temp is around 45C idle when overclocked at 12.5x180=2.25Ghz and 1.75V. I have the latest bios from biostar as well as the latest forceware drivers from nvidia's site. I also have 512mb PC3200 Crucial ram running at standard timings (3-3-3-8) at 2.6V.

Do you have the system set to expert in the bios and the ram set to 100%? Also drop the multiplier more and then boost the fsb to 200mhz. I'd start with a goal of 11x200 and make certain it's prime stable there first because this 2400+ mobile ended up being capped@3200+ speed p95TT stable which indicates not all mobiles will hit the sick speeds our fellow forum members are reporting :(
