Kingston 512MB PC3200 400MHz 64x64 HyperX DDR Memory 184Pin - Model #KHX3200A/512

184-pin 400MHz (PC3200)
400MHz settings: 2-3-2-6-1 (CAS Latency 2)
Single-bank 512MB modules (Up to two modules per system is supported)
Aluminum heat spreader for thermal diffusion

Any experience with overclocking this RAM guys? any info would be greatly appreciated, I just got it off outpost from the hotdeals forum and am debating whether to keep it or send it back before messing with it.
I've got a DFI Lanparty UT NF3 board and have an AMD 64/3200 in the mail with a Zalman Copper CNPS7000 as well.
My case is a Antec 1080 AMG with the Antec 430 watt ps.

I've never overclocked an AMD chip so I'm very new at this, my main concern is the memory, I got a good price but if it doesnt help me overclock the CPU I'd rather send it back and get better rams.
Bear in mind, this will be just a moderate overclock, I'm hoping for 2.35 or 2.4 possibly but I want to have decent timings on the memory.
