Overclocking With DDR2-533 RAM

How can I get even a decent, stable overclock with DDR2-533 RAM?
Is it even possible?
(I got up to 3.64GHz on my ASRock 775Dual-VSTA but it wasn't stable.)

Specs:
1GB (2 x 512MB) DDR2 533 RAM
Pentium D 915 (Stock: 2.80GHz)
Foxconn P9657AA-8KS2H (arriving in 2 days...got delayed)

I think I asked a really stupid question. Forgive me.
What I really meant to ask was for a few pointers on how to get higher overclocks with my ram and whether or not anyone knows about the Foxconn bios with relation to its ram settings.

It's possible, since your processor has a 200 Mhz FSB, and your RAM is 266 Mhz RAM. You'll be able to go up to 266 Mhz fsb, without overclocking your RAM, and then you should be able to go quite a bit higher, by raising your RAM's timings. That's assuming, of course, that your Foxconn motherboard can handle the overclock, and will allow you to change your RAM timings and voltage.

From what i've read and screenshots i've seen and from reading the .pdf manual...
I will be able to change the timings and adjust the vdimm and vcore.
Also with the Intel P965 chipset...shouldn't that be a healthy advantage to my overclock?
Second, will i have to underclock first?

Anyone know about the Foxconn mobo i'm buying?
How much can i underclock the memory before starting the overall overclock?
