celeron 500...ppga....you can't oc those at all..
maybe 75mhz at 2.1 or 2.2v..but that' it...

you can get a new fc-pga celeron 533 and oc to 800...

My P3B-F is supporting a PIII-650 Slot1 retail w/ Alpha HSF on a 124FSB (806Mhz CPU), with a Vcore of 1.8v.

Anything over 124 (and the next step is 133), and you cannot use all four DIMM slots with 128MB PC133 ECC DIMMs. Best I can manage is a DIMM in slot 1 and slot 3 at 133FSB. Over that, and my G400 won't work in OpenGL.

My PIII-550E will do 803 w/ 1.75v on an Asus P3V4X, with all four DIMM slots filled.

Meanwhile, an FC-PGA PIII-650 is doing 975 at 150FSB on an Abit SE6.

All of my PIII CPUs use Alpha HSF units.

Just my $0.02
