Overclocking with an Intel Mobo

I have a 1.6Ghz Northwood on a Intel D845BG with a 512 stick of Crucial DDR266. The northwooed can easily do 2.4Ghz but the BIOS won't allow. I'm thinking i can use SoftFSB to set the FSB to 150Mhz but it doesn't support the ICS 950201AF clock generator on this board. Can anyone get me the details on this chip so I can make a SoftFSB profile and hopefully get my FSB Running at 150Mhz? Or does anyone know a way around it?
