Overclocking w/Neo4 SLI

I was wondering if anyone was able to replicate the performance that anandtech obtained in their benches of this board. So far no matter what the memlock setting, or cpu multi, I cant get past 220mhz fsb. The only way is to drop the HT multi to 1x then I top out at 250mhz. Here are the specs

A643000
1 gb (512x2) PQI Turbo 2.5-3-3-7
2x MSI NX6600Gt's
Antec Neo True power 480W
Soundblaster Aud2zs
2x 80gb hitachi deskstars

On my nForce 3 board I was able to hit 2.4ghz on air @ 265mhz fsb, same setup.
Is there a beta bios anywhere, or is anyone else suffering the same crappy ocing results I am? Thanks in advance
