Overclocking video card

Hello all. I've never overclocked a video card before. I've been fortune enough to come across a Radeon ATI X700 PRO for free. Even though it's an older card I don't think it''s to outdated. It's the PCI-E version. Anyways anyone have any advice on overclocking it as I never have overclocked a video card before and don't know how. Hopefully this card is ok to overclock! Also, does anyone know if there are any upgrades as far as heatsinks and fans go for this videocard? If so where should I go to look? Any and all suggestions would be helpful. Thanks!
