Overclocking Video Card Question?

When I open my RivaTuner I see 2D and 3D High settings.

Does it matter that I overclock the 3D settings and the 2D settings to different speeds or should I have them at the same clock speeds.

Also there is a 3D low setting which it won't let me change.
 
It doesn't matter if they are at the same or not, it will just increase the clock once the 3d parts of the GPU are activated (ie You run a game)

2D is basically your Windows desktop for all intents and purposes..

Not really much need to overclock there.
