Overclocking the X800XT PE w/atitool

I have a BBA x800xt PE and I am using atitool. For some reason I see very little performance difference when upping the 520mhz to 540mhz. Shouldn't my 3dmark score fluctuate just a little? It stays rock solid at 5225 on 3dmark 05 v1.1. Am I not applying the atitool settings correctly? When I restart my comp and go into atitool all settings are back to stock speed.

? ? ?

-Thanks for any help

i had that problem with ati tool, it never set the overclocks at al lfor me......so i jus use the omega drivers, coz his overclocking tool works a treat.....tick apply at start up and u will always have the overclock set

why would u wanna overclock a x800xt anyway? thats beyond me

Well for burning in purposes and then setting it just a tad lower.

Any problems with the latest omega drivers???

i take it you've disabled AA and AF correctly in CCC. your score seems a tad low without AA/AF.

atitool works, you can check the speed of your card in the 3dmark 'details' window to see if the oc is applied.
you might have to open atitool, load the oc, close atitool and then open 3dmark05 in that order.
