Overclocking the X2 4800+

hey guys. Weirdest problem.

No matter what OC I get into windows whether it's 225 or 215, when I prime both cores on different affinities (0 and 1) core 0 or 1 will aways die in 2 minutes(meaning it gives up saying error) but the other core will continually prime for the remaining6-8 hours suggested time.
The weirdest part of it all is that WoW will crash the odd time when I'm in Ironforge(CPU Intensive/Memory intensive) but my memory timings are a loose 3-3-3-8 over the marked 2-3-2-5 also memory divided to run a little less or over 200 mhz. Yes it's on 2T, I forced it due to 4 sticks.

I would like to know what I need to do to up the overclocking without prime failing. I am thinking my voltages are wrong but I have a max of 1.45 set on my CPU and my chipset is @ 1.72(Trying to lower it on my tweaking to see what's going). My CPU temp is 38 C @ Load so I know it's not the CPU, but I am thinking what could cause this issue and what do you guys suggest for me to get a better overclock?

Thanks in advance.

Thats strange. On my 165 I saw a more consistent behavior: 1 core would always crash, the other could go on forever. I upped the voltage and both were stable. Maybe you need a better power supply. How are you voltages on the 12V line?

It's an OCZ 600W Powerstream revision 2, I dont THINK it is a power issue, I got it upped to 1.45v and on top of that, it is using 1.41 in bios.
