I was able to unlock 12 pipelines(16 unsuccessful) and 6 vertex shaders. Now I would like to start to overclock this card. I don't plan to use any aftermarket cooling heatsinks. I was just curious to know what is everyone's experience with ocing this card? What is everyone's highest memory/core oc?

Congrats on unlocking 4 extra pipelines!! First of all, download rivatuner and tell us your temps now (unoverclocked).

Thanks!
According to Everest my idle GPU temps are 48 C. BTW, I'm running the 81.26 drivers.

Instead of overclocking, try underclocking to see if you can unlock 16 pipes at slower speeds.

My 6800le is unlocked to 16/5 and overclocked to 370core 770mem. I haven't tried to pushed it much more. The load temps are just under 60C. I am using a Zalman aftermarket cooler on it with arctic silver thermal compound.

Any success with the slower clock speeds?

My Leadtek 6800le unlocks to 12/6 but water looks blocky, so I keep it at 8. Vertex is fine at 6. Core is a dud at 325 but memory goes all the way up to 906.
