I recently sold my Gigabyte DS3 motherboard to try something new. I bought an Intel Bad Axe 2.
On my DS3, I ran my E6600 at 3.2 GHz on 1.3 volts. That's a 356 fsb.
I can't even get the Bad Axe to boot at 300fsb. I have the latest BIOS installed.
Is there something I'm missing with this board? I thought it was supposed to be a decent overclocker.

I made sure that the Watchdog was disabled, EIST was disabled and C1E was disabled. I couldn't even reach 325fsb.
I'm taking this thing back tomorrow and getting a more conventional motherboard. Perhaps a P5B Deluxe.

EDIT:
I think I may have gotten a bad board. I've gotten a BSOD and I've had more than a few programs crash on me tonight. I'm just gonna return it and exchange it for the P5B Deluxe.
