overclocking the geforce 2 pro

got a asus geforce2 pro 64mb, and can't get the memory above 401mhz in the asus tweak utility, any ideas??
downloaded asus's latest drivers but it seems to do no good, and although the memory won't overclock the core happily sits at 220mhz.
