Overclocking the ATI All-In Wonder V-Card

I'm trying to overclock a new AIW card and I'm experiencing a strange problem. After reaching and overclock of 186/186 vs 164/164 stock (GPU/Mem) 3D Mark 2000 would not run correctly and the system would freeze a couple of seconds into the benchmark. This happened even when I got it back to stock speed! After trying everything I just re-formatted the drive and re-installed Windows, etc. Now everything's fine again, so I overclock a little bit more... Now I'm having problems again with 3D Mark 2000! Has anyone noticed this? I can't figure out was is getting corrupted, I've separately reinstalled Windows, the drivers and software to no avail.
