Overclocking the Alienware Aurora (4400+)

I just bought an Alienware Aurora with an AMD X2 4400+ (my first AMD). Does anyone have experience with overclocking this kid? I would like to get it up to 2.4 Ghz on a stable air cool.

I have the alien ice video cooler. Does anyone know how overclockable this rig is? What are the timings and multipliers I should use?
 
What motherboard do they use in those things?
