Well you have a couple options. The riva tuner is set up to OC the newer ATI cards, but originally built for Nvidia cards. I use it for my ti4800 and it screams. Lots of indept changes tweaks to be made, by button or slider or way of registry. Being new to it I would suggest using the simple low level tweaks, which is basically core speed and memory speed. You can get it at 3dguru.com or from download.com I'm sure. I'm not sure if it's still around but when the first radeon came out there was a radeon tweaker. I would do a search for a recent version and maybe try both to see which one works better for you. You may like the interface better with one than the other. The radeon tweaker may have more options to support your card. Anyway, those should get you started. Good luck, and keep it cool!
