Overclocking the 6800xt

I have an asus 6800xt agp 128mb. Is there a software program the you guys used to test the temperature of your gpu? I am currently receiving 50 C from the ASUS smart doctor and dont know how accurate these results are. Also, would there be any way to overclock this card to play cod 2. It runs quite choppy. My computer specs are 3100+ sempron with an ECS mobo and 1 gig of corsairs value ram. The specs for the asus card is 300/700. Ive unlocked the pipes to 16 and 6 shaders but that hasnt boosted my performance at all. Since smartdoctor suggests my temps to be at 50 i dont know whether to get a zalman or not. I would like to oc to around 400/850 and above.
