Overclocking test with Gigabyte UD3p

On recommendations and the dolby theater feature, I bought the UD3p board. I am running it with a E4500(200x11) and 3gbs (2x1gb,2x512gb). I know it's not ideal, but I don't feel like buying new ram just yet. I just wanted to play with the overclocking a bit, but I've never done it before so it's a bit confusing right now. I skimmed the OC guide here and here is what I think I'm able to do:

My memory runs at 533mhz or fsb of 266mhz. The processor is in multiples of 200mhz, so I should be able to overclock 66x4=264mhz without increasing memory clocks at all right? However Easytune6 wouldn't let me do this without upping the fsb bus speed too.

I did take a look at the bios, but I wasn't sure and didn't want to screw things up. I am guessing the "MCH frequency latch" adjusts the fsb speed? The "system memory multiplier" part has speeds listed with a multiplier and a letter, I have no idea what the letter means.

I know a lot of people bought the UD3p board so I'm wondering if someone can give me advice on this?

If you are overclocking, you want to set your system memory multiplier (FSB:DRAM ratio) to 2.00 (equal to 1:1). That prevents your RAM from being overclocked too much as you overclock your CPU's FSB. Remember that RAM runs at twice the FSB frequency at 1:1, so for a FSB of 200, you would be running DDR2-400. This would allow you to increase your FSB to 266, and your ram would be running at DDR2-533. Your CPU speed would be about 3Ghz. You might have to bump up vcore slightly to reach that. Best advice is to take voltages off "Auto", and manually set them. You can get your starting VID by running CoreTemp, with your system un-overclocked. Don't forget to disable EIST and C1E in your BIOS settings either. Then run Prime 95 25.6 for 12hrs or more to check stability. I like 24hr, personally, but overnight is often fine too.

So for this motherboard, wouldn't I just need to change teh MCH frequency latch to 266 and that's it?
