Overclocking tape??????????

I forget where I saw this but it was some time ago. It looked like a piece of scotch tape with metal (gold maybe) attached to it that fit onto the L1 bridges perfectly. As far as it being scotch tape, I seriously doubt that's what it was, but it resembled tape from the pics on the site.
If this product isn't available anymore, how difficult would this be to actually make???
I'm sure scotch tape wouldn't work (heat causing it to shrink?). Getting the conductive material in the right place and proper spacing would be a challenege.
This would come in VERY handy for the trickier XP's in overclocking. Heck would be good for normal Durons and Tbirds too. No more repenciling 🙂
