Overclocking suggestions, got new MB and ram

Just received new ram from Mushkin because one of my "2-2-2 Special" sticks went bad. I now have a pair of the eXtreme Performance XP3200 2-2-2 in my system. I'm still on out of box 1005 bios and running a XP120. I've had to move the ram to the A2,B2 slots because the XP120 sits too low.

Currently I'm at 230x11 @ 2.5 3-3-6 1T 2.8v and wondering what typical headroom if any I can expect with this ram. I hear it's TCC5.

Any suggestions?
