Hey Noob here, been going through the forum again in trying to get advice on overclocking. Also thanks to those who helped me picked out my motherboard :)

Id like to overclock my system and not sure if i'm looking at this correctly. But from what I gathered here are the settings that would enable my board, cpu and ram to be stable. Correct me if i'm wrong.

System:
Motherboard - GA-EP45-UD3P ver1.1 F8 Bios
CPU - E7200 (Stock Cooler)
RAM - 2x2GB DDR2-800 - PC6400 Kingston Valueram (KVR800D2N6/2G)
PSU - 500W
OS - XP-SP3
Oh and btw I've only got one 4-pin connector to the 12V socket. Don't have the 8pin at all, does this make a whole lot of difference?

Settings for 3.16GHZ
CPUM= 8
FSB = 400
RAM = 5 5 5 = 15 - Unsure as its valueram
The most confusing part is the voltages, any suggestions on this?

Thanks !
