overclocking Sempron 2600+

ok here's the thing.. my friend has a system he want's me to overclock.. i need a few suggestions.. his system specs are as follows:

CPU - Sempron 2600+ Thoroughbred, Socket A
MOBO - ASRock K7S41GX
the rest is foggy but wouldn't matter,

anyhow, i was wondering of anything i should watchout for, including the fact that there's no PCI/AGP lock..

your FSB probably isn't adjustable (Asrock are the stripped down versions of Asus boards that don't let you do stuff like overclock) and you probably can't change your Vcore so you wouldn't get too much of an overclock anyway.
