I was overclocking and right now the sweet spot for reliablity is in my sig. But whats weird is that when i just left the settings the same in the bios and just changed the fsb 3mhz (228x11) aquamark froze, as well as far cry. How do you think it ran with an error?

Actually aquamark stopped and displayed an error box, then it kicked me off, so i tried far cry and like 3mins later it decided to freeze. Its weird how just 3mhz can do something like that, and i got an out of round error in super_pi with it 228x11 (2.51ghz).

I changed it back to my 2.475 and everything is just dandy. I don't understand, i had my rig up to 2.7ghz on stock voltage before with my ram timings accidently switched with a divider of course and it ran fine with no errors in anything.

Does anyone know why this situation would come up?. And actually i do not attend to overclock any higher

It's your memory thats causing the problem, your CPU will easily do more with a divider as you stated. Overclocking memory on A64's means almost nothing, just use a divider and crank it up. 2.7 using a divider will PWN 2.475 with memory 1:1
