Ok...this is the rig I built:

Athlon 64 4000+ Venice
MSI K8N NEO 4 Ultra (non-SLI)
Crucial Ballistix DDR PC3200 (2-2-2-5 /2T) (Bios doesn't have option for 1T. MSI is working on it I have heard.)
2x WD Rapter 74 (RAID 0)
1x Seagate 160GB 7200.7
Powercolor Radeon X700 Bravo 256MB
2x Plextor PX-716SA DVD
OCS Powerstream 520W
Zalman 7700-CU

Anybody have recommendations to start off with on voltages, FSB, and CPU multiplier?

I was looking for someone that might have similar components and know specific numbers to plug in.

just work on the FSB.

drop your LDT down 1x. increase your chipset and agp by .1v. set your AGP speed to 67mhz. put your memory on a divider (so it wont be the failure point). turn up your fans to keep this thing cool. and load memtest to a floppy disk if it's not included in your bios.

then step the FSB up by 5-10mhz increments and sit back and run tests. If you are somewhat stable at 220, 240, 250, 260, 270, run prime95 or some form of intensive tests at each of these junctures. once you start failing tests or crashing, bump voltage by the smallest amount and continue trying. relative safety levels are +- 10% voltage per component. shoot for 2.7 ghz or so and report back here.

*note*
right now, most of your bios will probably have stuff set to "AUTO". it will help you if you find out what the default values actually are for these fields.
