overclocking ram!!

trying to oc my my x2 4400+, having some trouble with the ram. New to this overclocking stuff and dont really know what the following mean in the bios and what i am meant to do with them to oc my rig correctly and make it stable? can anybody help??

Min Ras# active time
ras# to cas# delay
row percentage time
row cycle time
row cycle refresh time
row to write time
write recovery time
1t/2t memory timing
pci clock synchronization mode

For stability you should probably be quite conservative with your memory overclock. But first of all we need to know exactly what memory you have.
