Overclocking Ram with CPU looking for 1:1 ratio

I have an Abit IC7-G board with 512MB of Corsair ram so i could have dual channel. I've been able to increase the voltage of the CPU core to 1.65 (1.7 in bios) so the system is stable. My question is how much can I overclock my 3200 DDR Corsair ram to and also whats a safe amount of voltage increase/ should I not increase the ram's voltage at all.

what model is your Corsair ram? should have rated voltage. i think anything below 2.8v is good enough.

VS512MBKIT400C3 (Value Select) ram modules. I'm wondering if because they call them "Value Select" that means "cheapo select". I'm hoping to overclock my system to 3.4+ question is, are these any good.

i think u can go up to 2.6v maybe 2.7
should set cas to 2.5 or 3
