overclocking ram on hdd

is it possible, i mean one can oc ram on the mobo, why not the hdd

the ram is not the weak link on the hard drive. The speed of the ram is much faster than the spinning platters.

Think about the ram spec is measured in nanoseconds while hard drives access time and such is measured in milliseconds.
