So I am "Upgrading" slightly my PC and with that I have also to update my knowledge on how to OC properly the new components. I've been out of the OC world for about 4-5 years so any help is appreciated. Here's what I got
- MSI Big Bang-XPower LGA 1366 (* upgrade)
- Core i7 920 (* existing)
- Corsair Vengeance Blue 16 GB DDR3 SDRAM Dual Channel Memory Kit CMZ16GX3M4A1600C9B (I know.. I know... dual channel in a triple channel Mobo) (* existing)
- x2 Powercolor Radeon HD 6850 1Gb to do CF (I mean... why not... only $99 a piece) (* upgrade)
- OCZ GameXStream OCZ700GXSSLI ATX12V 700W PSU (* existing)
- Cooler Master hyper 212+ (* upgrade)... OMG that thing is HUGE!
- Case: Alienware Aurora (circa 2007)
Given those specs how much can I OC the processor and the GPU if any?
Thank you in advance
