Overclocking Questions - 2400+

Okay guys, I need some info here. I'm planning to get the following setup:

Asus A7N8X
Athlonxp 2400+
2x256MB Kingston DDR333
Thermaltake Volcano 9 Cooler

I want to run it on a 333FSB coz I know the Asus mobo will allow it. I've asked some questios about this already in this section of the forum, but what I need to know now is what the safest permanent overclock for this system would be. What's the maximum OC that I can have with this setup on a permanent basis? Anyone with a similar setup? Insights please!

Replace the Asus A7N8X with the Epox 8RDA+ (~$99 at MWave). Why? Better overclocker. More features (Firewire, nVidia audio).

Replace the 2400+ with the 2100+ Thoroughbred-B OEM (sold at NewEgg or ExcaliberPC). Why? Cheaper and still getting a potent overclocker.

Replace the Kingston memory with Corsair. Why? Corsair is the memory of choice for overclocking. The money ya would've spent on the 2400+, put that towards the purchase of two Corsair 256MB PC3200 CAS2 memory modules.

Replace the Thermaltake Volcano 9 with a thermalright SLK-800 heatsink and 80mm x 25mm fan. Why? SLK-800 is better. Buy those at SVC.

Max overclock about ~2.45GHz.
Safest overclock will probably be ~2.3GHz (~360MHz DDR FSB).
