just run it overnight, if you've got no errors in the morning, then you're good to go.

So far, the advice I've heard is to go to the appropriate menu item, and successively select "Small FFT" and test for at least five hours, then do "Blend" test. Many advise running "all night and day", but I cannot see how five hours is insufficient.

With the 3.0C P4, a 10% over-clock is pretty conservative and on that mobo should be a sure thing unless your cooling is totally inadequate. You should be able to reach 3.6 or a 20% over-clock without changing any voltages except the AGP VDDQ, which you could try at it's 1.5v minimum, but you may need to bump it up to 1.6V. You might be limited by your memory choice, but you could run a divider if necessary.

The issue about bumping up your FSB external clock above 235 Mhz would be memory stability. I don't think the temps should rise that much until you start fiddling with VCore and other voltages -- not at 20% or less.

If this seems too adventurous, then shoot for 3.5 unless you're happy the way it is. The proof of the pudding, after all, are the PRIME95 torture tests.

AND MAKE SURE YOU LOCK THE AGP/PCI ratio to 66/33.

don't forget to put the password in Prime95 (9876 I think), and set the priority to 10. Most people don't do this, and wonder why it passes prime, but is still not stable.
