Overclocking question - memory timing

First time build!
CPU overclocked to 240mhz and multiplier @ 4.

I set the memory timing at 2.5-3-3-6 @ 1T and seems stable with MemTest 3.2 (windows version) and Prime 95 for 6+ hrs. Bios on Asus A8N-E defaults trc to 22 and DRAM idle timer to 16 as soon as the bios setting was changed to manual from auto. Did some search but could not find anything on what the optimum number should be. Any help would be appreciated. Also:
What is SPD data? Shows 3-3-3-8 timing.
Any other recommendations for CPU, Mem or Video Card setting are most welcome!!

Thanks.

welcome!

you'll get a lot more help in cp/overclocking.

also, we won't need all that info. list just the relevant system rig stuff, like this-

a64 3200+ winnie 9x275 @ 2475, zalman 7000cu
nf4-sli-dr 5.10-2
512x2 ocz 3200el rev2 (1:1 2.5-4-3-7)

optional-
evga 6800gt, zalman af700 al/cu
74gb raptor, 250gb wd caviar se
nec-3500a, artec 16x dvd-rom
antec tpII 550

thats my rig sig from another forum cut down and i added the optional because its not really relevant here. they're sig nazis over at dfi.street :p

edit--and you probably should check out the stickied threads at the top by zebo if you haven't already.

Hmm... I don't think 6 hours is enough for Prime and Memtest. I'm pretty sure you need to run them for at least like 12 hours, maybe 24.

You have got yourself some really slow memory.
3-3-3-8 is actually pretty bad.
