Overclocking Question for Nvidia Card

I purchased a Asus 9280 GF4 Ti4200 sometime ago from newegg. I never got around in overclocking it. I know the core for the card can do easily do 275, but I'm kind of worried about the Memory. It has the Samsung K4D28163HD-TC40 which is specified as 250MHz 500Mbps/pin. It does 513 easily, I was wondering with extra cooling it can go up to speeds of a TC36 [which can do 275(550)]

Anyone has this card or the same memory and can elborate on how high they've clocked their cards.
