I am running an Abit BP6 with 2 celeron 366cpus. If the cpus post does it mean that it should be possible to boot windows at that speed? Do I just need more cooling? Thanks for the help!!

Just because it posts doesnt mean it will run stable at that speed.

Try just running at 550 (5.5*100fsb), that's pretty much a lock with celeron 366's

What voltage are you running at...maybe bump that up?

I'm going 93Mhz FSB and a 5.5 multiplier. That seems to work best for me. And you probably need some better cooling on those chips. I'm using GlobalWin FOP32-1s and they work fine. Not too noisy either:D

yeah well i'm waiting for tom's hardware guide to post the instructions for the advanced watercooling project then i'll just do that. $115 for an extra 400mhz total seems worth it to me, plus i can always use it down the road
