I'm just wondering if I can overclock my computer. Its an old P3 450 Mhz. Can I overclock without frying it? If so, can someone tell me how?

I used an abit bh6, and ran mine at 112 fsb, a 12% overclock. That's a safe setting.

Is there some type of software that I can download to overclock? I don't know what to do, because I have never thought of overclocking before now.

Those old P3's didn't really overclock well, and probably wouldn't give enough of a perfomance gain to be worth the risk.
