Overclocking problems

Hey everyone. I recently upgraded my system to a Opteron 165 on a DFI LANParty board, hoping to get a nice overclock out of it. The problem is, even if I only up the FSB by a single MHz, the computer refuses to load windows. It will get to the screen with the blue bar going across the screen but will just stay black afterwards.

Is there anything special I should know about OCing with this setup? Anything I could be doing wrong? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks,
