Overclocking problems with Vista

Hi guys,

I seem to be having alot of problems trying to overclock my CPU with Vista. It just doesn't seem to like it. With XP I was able to get it to 3.2ghz 100% stable but Vista just craps out on me. The mouse cursor just freezes or disappears (even though I can still move it around and click on things).

So far I've tried manually setting my RAM timings to 5-5-5-18, RAM voltage to 2.25v, locked CPU voltage at 1.3v, turned of cpu C1E option, put the robust graphics booster to fast and turbo. Pretty much turned things on and off but still no luck. I don't get it.

Everything works fine with stock settings though. Any ideas?
