Overclocking problem with G.Skill pc3200

I just got 2 gigs of the G.skill pc3200 that everybody recommends. I thought maybe it would work properly with 1T and i haven't checked that yet. But I also thought maybe i could run HTT 296 with the 166 divider which would give me 245mhz on the memory. I read the anandtech review and they were able to do it at 2.5 - 3 - 4 - 7 and 2.7 volts.... but i couldn't get it working at 3 -4 -4 -10 and 2.8 volts even. IS it just a memory limitation or are there other settings I should try? What should I change the async latency to? I'm using the asus a8r-mvp btw.

I've seen mixed reviews about the G.Skill ZX. Can you send them back & get the HZ instead? Timings aren't great but at least you can guarantee 245MHz. Despite a very slight drop in Everest & Sandra benchmarks, I havent noticed any difference from my previous 512Mb sticks which I ran at the same MHz on 2-3-3-6 timings.
