I don't have the possibility in the Bios to change anything....

If your bios doesn't allow any changing of the FSB clock speed, then probably not. What motherboard, memory, etc.?

Intel's boards won't overclock (why would they want to let you do that?). But if you had a overclockable BX board like an Abit, you could try to overclock it. Make sure you upgrade the heatsink. I'm sure you could get it to at least 500 or higher.
