Overclocking PC3200 to PC4000

I have a system based on a SOYO SY-P4I875P motherboard with a P4 2.8GHz 800MHz FSB CPU, and I would like to try overclocking the FSB speed to 1000MHz+. I would prefer to keep the CPU-to-DRAM ratio synchronous at 1:1. Currently, I have two sticks of Corsair CMX512-3200C2 running at DDR400 with the timings set to spec at 2-3-3-6. How high can I expect to overclock this memory if I increase the voltage and relax the timings to 3-4-4-8? I would like to avoid the expense of replacing my memory with DDR500 modules if my existing memory can reach this overclock with these timings. Also, I would like to avoid burning up my existing memory testing it out.
