overclocking PC2 5300 ddr667 memory

While overclocking my core 2 quad processor, can i up the fsb to 400 and set a 1:1 fsb:ram ratio, to get the DDR667 RAM to run at 800mhz, or is this impossible or highly unlikely? They are 2 generic sticks of ram by the way.
