Overclocking p3-700 on cusl2 and system temperature

I can get my p3-700 sl45y to run 933 @ 1.75v pretty stably i guess. I ran the 3dmark benchmark and demo tests for about 1.5 hours with no problems. The problem i did find was that the video was choppier at 933 than when i was running at default 700, but i was still able to achieve a higher benchmarking score. Does this mean it's not stable?

Also, how should I burn in this CPU? what temps should i keep it under? I'm running them at around 39C under stress, 31C idle.

I'm running this on a radeon, with the official win2k drivers, not the beta version. I downloaded one of those "special function" drivers from ati, but that just lowered my benchmarking scores and didn't fix my problem.

oh btw... my normal running temps on my cpu is 34C while motherboard itself is 30C. These temps are acquired from Asus's PC probe software that came with the motherboard. Are these temperatures normal or high?
