overclocking on dfi ultr-d

i have a opteron 146 overclocked to 3 ghz, but i have to use the 9.5x multi becuase for some reason teh 10x doesnt work well at 300 fsb. I have the current fsb set to 316 and have the pci express frequncy at 100 and i was wondering what i should set it too, or is it already locked at 100 and dosent really matter waht i change it to? thanks in advanced
 
wasnt sure if it would or not but some review sites change it to get better overclocks wasnt sure if there was some dividingthing to set it right kinda like the agp/pci thing
